Welcome to the first episode of a new podcast. My name is Ken W. Good and I am an attorney in Texas specializing in Bail Law. From California to New York there has been a push for what I think now we would call bad bail reform and even bad criminal justice reform. As we have seen crime increasing over the last year, my hope is that we can find common ground by discussing what works and why certain reforms do not seem to work.
